    Join us on Saturday, November 14, as we cap off San Antonio ACTIVATE presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas! The District 4 Heroes 5K and Health Summit will be hosted at Port San Antonio.

    Runners, walkers, and strollers are all welcome.

    Event t-shirts will be limited and will be provided at packet pick up on a first come, first served basis. Finisher medals will be given out to the first runners to cross the finish line.

    Course Map:  TBD Please be aware there are several speed bumps along the course.

    Opening Ceremonies: 7:30 am
