Lauf Marzahner Läufer Cup 2018- Wednesday, October 10

Are your ready for the Läufer Cup racing event? The race offers a 10,000m race, a 5,000m race, and an 800m run. This can challenge you to work on speed work while training for these different runs.

Velten Läuft Cross- Saturday, October 13

Are you motivated to run 4.3km or 8.6km this October? If that is the case join the fun and run a course that is similar to cross- country races

This race offers two distances: 4.3km and 8.6km. The course is similar to that of a cross-country race by offering a one lap or two depending on the distances.

Volkslauf- Crosslauf Berlin Zehlendorf 2018- Saturday, October 13

For beginners or advanced runners the volkslauf offers three different running challenges. The distances offered at this event are 1.8km for children up to 14 years old, 5km, and 10km.
