This is a great week for Berlin runners because there are a lot of races happening right in the city. We have information on the five biggest events for this upcoming week!

Races for the week of August 13 to August 19

From a unique triathlon to various road races, you should definitely check out any of the following events in Berlin! You can also still register for all of the events.



Kreuzberger Virtelmarathon- Sunday, August 19

Happening right in one of Berlin’s coolest areas is the Kreuzberg quarter marathon! The main event/distance is the 10.5km. However, they do offer a 5km run and walk along with a 5km Nordic walking option! Registration for this race is possible online. You can also register late on the day of the event, but it will be more expensive.

B2Run Berlin Firmenlaufmeisterschaft- Thursday, August 16

The B2Run is one of the biggest running events in Berlin. The event is a 5.8km race that starts at the Olympic Square and ends at the Olympic Stadium. Register online and enjoy an evening in Berlin’s Olympic village!

Paarlauf mit Musik- Saturday, August 18

The Paarlauf mit musik encourages couple participation and has music for all participants to listen as they run the course. It offers a 30-minute race option and a 60-minute race option, making it a perfect opportunity to get in either 5k or 10k distance!

Zehdenicker Havellauf 2018- Saturday, August 18

The annual Zehdenicker Havellauf is a long distance road race with multiple options offered. It has a 0.5km and 1.2km run for children. The main runs are the 9.5km, the 14.5km, and the 21.1km. There is also a 9.5km run for Nordic walkers! Make sure you register online for the event.

Wanderlust 108 Mindful Triathlon Berlin- Sunday, August 19

This is not your traditional triathlon. Hosted by Adidas, the Wanderlust Mindful Triathlon is all about achieving physical and mental bliss. Instead of the typical run, bike, swim, participants will complete three different events. It starts with a 5km run in which people can choose to either run, walk, or stroll. Following the 5km run is the 90-minute yoga session with a live DJ provided. The third and final part of the triathlon is the meditation part, which aims to give all participants relaxation and clarity. Don’t miss out on this truly unique experience that will occur at Tempelhofer Field! Sign up online.
