Event Overview
The UC Army ROTC Norwegian Foot March is a test of marching endurance for soldiers in the Norwegian Military, now open to civilians. Participants will march/run a distance of 30km (18.6 miles) with a rucksack weighing a minimum of 11 kg (24 lbs).
Course Description & Map
The event takes place at Lunken Playfield in Cincinnati, OH. Participants will begin the ruck at 0700, with pacing groups organized for proper spacing.

Registration is free.
Packet Pickup Details
Packets can be picked up from the University of Cincinnati Army ROTC office from April 14 to April 18, 2025, from 0900 to 1630. All other packets will be available on the day of the event starting at 0515.
What to Bring
Participants must bring a rucksack weighing at least 11 kg (24 lbs) and wear approved military uniforms or civilian clothing as specified.
Race Day Info
All participants will start at 0700. Assistance from non-participants is prohibited except for timing and first aid.
