Experience the excitement of the Striders Spring Festival at the Dismal Swamp 5 Miler and 1 Miler event. Take on the challenge of the 2.5-mile out and back course on the closed 2-lane roadway at the Dismal Swamp Trail Park in Chesapeake. For a shorter distance, the 1 Miler is a .5-mile out and back on the trail.Fuel up at the aid station at the halfway point, offering essential fluids to keep you going. After the race, enjoy onsite hospitality, refreshments, and receive a commemorative t-shirt.<br><br>Top finishers will be recognized with awards, including the top 3 overall Males and Females and top 3 males and females in various age groups for both the 5-mile and 1-mile races.<br><br>Registration is open until the day before the event. Strider Plus and Legacy runners will receive special discounts automatically at checkout.
