Get ready to lace up and dash into excitement at our upcoming youth track program! We're aiming to gather at Washington-Liberty high school track (location confirmed by Sunday each week), with alternate sites prepped at Oak Grove Park or Yorktown High School Track if needed. Dive into four energizing practice sessions where drills, laps, and mini races pave the way for personal bests and teamwork triumphs. Plus, there's a finale race day to showcase all that hard-earned speed and skill. And the best part? Every dedicated participant crosses the finish line with a medal, a certificate, and a cool water bottle to remember their achievements. Our meets run Wednesdays, 5:30-6:30 PM, from March 5th to April 2nd—where the real fun kicks in with a mix of warm-ups, strength training, and running drills designed for all skill levels. Remember, this is a chance to work hard and play hard, all in the name of personal growth and blazing new trails on the track!
