Get ready for an exhilarating day of running at the **Přeštická desítka**, happening on **April 26, 2025**, at **10:30 AM** in the picturesque town of **Přeštice**, located in the Plzeň-jih district of the Plzeňský kraj region. This year marks the **9th edition** of this exciting event! The course features a vibrant meadow cross set along the meandering banks of the Úhlava River, offering a unique experience for runners of all levels. With a total elevation gain of just **4 meters**, participants will navigate a mix of grassy terrain and field paths, making it perfect for both seasoned athletes and those looking for a fun challenge. **Starting Location & Presentation**: All participants will gather at the **Loděnice (KČT)** for both the presentation and the race start. Be sure to check in between **8:30 AM and 10:15 AM** to collect your race number and get ready for the run! **Categories & Prizes**: The Přeštická desítka features several categories for men and women, ensuring a fair competition for everyone: - **Men**: Under 39, 40+, 50+, 60+ - **Women**: Under 35, 35+, 45+ Exciting prizes await the top three finishers in each category, celebrating their achievements on this beautiful course! **Fit Run & Kid’s Races**: Additionally, we will host a **5km Fit Run** for both men and women, ensuring that everyone can join in on the fun.
