Welcome to Miles for Mental Health, a virtual 5k run dedicated to promoting mental health awareness during the month of May, which is recognized as Mental Health Awareness Month.
Participants can run or walk their 5k at their own pace, anytime during the month of May, and log their miles. If you prefer to participate with a local group, check our locations tab above for a list of registered groups. Group leaders will organize a designated time to complete the 5k together virtually.
We encourage all participants to share their experience with friends and family to spread awareness about mental health. By joining us for Miles for Mental Health, you can help us raise awareness about mental health and support those affected by mental illness.
All participants who complete the 5k will receive a certificate of completion as a token of appreciation.
