La Saintélyon is a major event in the history of running. A mythical night-time run between two of France's largest cities, Saint-Etienne and Lyon, the oldest of ultra-races, it is now a phenomenon and the largest natural race in France in terms of participants. A unique combination of trail and road running (65% trails, 35% asphalt), the La Saintélyon is the must-attend event for the end of the trail running season.
