Get your running shoes ready and mark your calendar for the annual "Jog Into Spring" event on Sunday, April 28, 2024! This vibrant race kicks off at the Independence Civic Center, promising an exhilarating 5K Run/Walk, chip-timed for avid runners, or a more relaxed 1 Mile Walk for those soaking in the spring air. Registration opens at 8:00am with the race at 9:00am, and by signing up, you're benefitting the Renee Fontana Roche Memorial Scholarship/Garden Fund and Living Classroom. Secure your spot before 9am on April 26 for a discounted rate, and you might just snag our special event t-shirt if you register early! You'll also receive a raffle ticket with registration, and there's even a chance to win big in the race-day raffle with generous prizes. Finish off your run with refreshments, celebrate if you're among the top overall or age group winners, or join virtually if you can't make it in person.
