Ignite your spirit of adventure at the Hotshot Half, a captivating 14.5-mile trail run where community and camaraderie fuel the course! Run along the glistening shores of Bullards Bar Reservoir and support a heartwarming cause. This trail blazes through stunning landscapes, 95% of which is pristine single track, and the rest winds along rugged fire roads. Gear up for a race hosted by the Tahoe Hotshots, in honor of our fallen hero and friend, Mike Kelly. Along the route, replenish your energy at three fully stocked aid stations run by the heroes of our local fire departments and the spirited Camptonville community. As you triumphantly cross the finish line, a warm meal awaits and a token of achievement to honor your effort. Best of all, every stride you take contributes to the Wildland Firefighter Foundation, as we channel 100% of the proceeds to assist those in need.
