The 5K takes place at East Liverpool City Hospital. The address is: 425 West 5th Street, East Liverpool, Ohio 43920. The course is flat starting in downtown East Liverpool near the hospital taking participants through business and residential areas.

Race day registration and check-in begin at 7:30am. The 5K begins at 8:45am.
