The Chamber Runway Event takes place on the taxiway and runway of Vero Beach Regional Airport, providing a unique experience for participants of all fitness levels. This family-friendly event is professionally chip-timed on a flat, fully paved course, making it accessible for strollers and wheelchairs. Participants are guaranteed shirts if they're among the first 300 registrants. Proceeds support the Indian River County Chamber of Commerce and the Indian River County Leadership Foundation. Awards are given for various categories, including Top 3 Overall, Fastest and Largest Team, Team Spirit, and for youngest and older age groups.
