Arnold Sports Festival - Running Events

The Arnold Sports Festival is BACK! <p>Be a part of one of the largest multi-sport events in the WORLD as you sign up for the Arnold Pump &amp; Run 5K or the run/walk-only Arnold 5K, both returning to Columbus on March 3, 2024.</p> <p>There are two events you can be a part of: the Arnold Pump &amp; Run 5K where you both bench press and run a 5K, or the run/walk-only Arnold 5K which is a 5K run only. Participation, in either event, gets you the following:</p> A quality event t-shirtA great finisher medal for all participantsAn event-specific race numberFree entry ($35 retail value) into the Arnold Fitness EXPO on Sunday, March 3 only  <p>All participant registration is available online only.</p> <p>Prefer to volunteer instead of participating? Check out our volunteer page for opportunities to help out with one of the best events in town.
