This year is extra special as we pay tribute to the bravery and service of Trooper Joshua E. Gushlaw of the NYS Police, whose life ended too soon in a tragic snowmobile accident. Trooper Gushlaw, who joined the force in March 2016 and served with honor at Troop B, embodies the spirit of commitment we celebrate.
